When various Citizen Boards and Committees have vacancies, the Talent Bank is a useful tool to aid the Collinsville City Commission. The Talent Bank Application provides an outlet for citizens to express their desire to serve the Collinsville community in areas of their particular interest and affords them the opportunity to explain their background or previous volunteer experience.
