We are located at 1023 W Center Street in Collinsville, near the intersection of 11th and Center. The Police Department is staffed 24 hours a days 7 days a week. The records office is open Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our Animal Control officer is available Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Come to the Police Department and speak to the dispatcher on duty, they can take your information and contact an officer. You may also call us directly on our non-emergency line at 918-371-1000 to have an officer meet with you at your location within the city limits.
To report on going concerns that are not currently happening, you can come to the Police Department to complete a Watch Order Form (PDF). This allows our officers to set up a targeted parole for that area. You can also use this for added patrol if you are planning on being out of town or are receiving threats from another individual.
Incident and accident reports can be obtained in person at the Police Department. Please fill out an Open Record Request Form (PDF).
The costs for reports are $0.25 per page. If you are requesting video please provide the clerk with a USB drive.
No, no we don't.
Yes, however, we do not provide the fingerprint cards, if you do not have fingerprint cards, you may need to contact the county you reside in to have your prints done. There is no charge for fingerprinting, but please call ahead to make sure we have adequate staffing.
Yes, there is a disposal bin located in the lobby of the Police Department that you can access at any time. However, we do not accept syringes, liquids or inhalers.
