AGREEMENT

For volunteering at least 3 hours at the 2023 Hogs 'N' Hot Rods event you will receive an event T-shirt to wear that day. You will receive your shirt when you check-in that morning. What size shirt do you need:

By submitting this Hogs 'N' Hot Rods Volunteer Sign-up form we agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Collinsville, Bottoms Up Chop Shop, Crude Roundup, it's employees, and agents against any and all claims resulting from our participation in any volunteer activities.
